Europcar in the natural environment
Europcar has over 240.000 cars worldwide. Naturally, each one of them has some impact on the natural environment. That is why in Europcar we really care about being friendly to nature. 
We are world's pioneers in the field of natural environment protection. In 1999 in Paris, we as the first in the branch, have invited our customers to benefit form using ecological car rental station. Since then, we are struggling to promote rental of nature friendly cars, emitting less combustion gases, equipped with hybrid or electric engines, or those using bio-fuel.
In this very 2011, in the major european cities, we will introduce two car models with new generation electric engines: Peugeot iON and Citroen C-Zero.

On our web sites we exhaustively inform obout the amount of exhaust fumes, which each of our cars emit. And probably that is why in 2010 in London Europcar was honoured the prize and a title of World's Leading Green Transport Solution Company. It was the second time we have been given this honor. Europcar has also been chosen – for the fourth time in a row – the best car rental company worldwide.
